Manufacturer of Silicone Sheeting and Plates
We manufacture flat silicone products using two complementary processes: calendering to obtain thin sheeting in continuous rolls, and casting to manufacture thick slabs and plates.
This semi-finished product, known in the industry as silicone sheeting, mats, or rubber sheets, serves as raw material for gasket die-cutting or as technical lining for machinery. Depending on the thickness and tolerance required, we supply in continuous rolls or individual plate format.
Sheet types
Conductive Silicone Sheet
Carbon-loaded silicone sheet for ESD protection, grounding and low-intensity conduction. 65 Shore A, 0.3–10 mm thickness.
Calendered Silicone Sheeting
Calendered or extruded sheets of solid or sponge VMQ silicone. Thicknesses from 0.3 to 10 mm and widths up to 1,200 mm. Compliance with FDA, EC 1935/2004, UL94, EN 45545-2, USP VI, and ISO 10993. Delivered in rolls, spools, or custom-cut formats.
Cast Silicone Slabs/Sheets
Cast slabs/sheets of solid or cellular VMQ silicone, manufactured by pouring and controlled vulcanization. Thicknesses from 0.5 to 30 mm. Compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, UL94, EN 45545-2, USP VI, and ISO 10993. Production in ISO 8 cleanroom or industrial environment under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Food-Grade Silicone Sheet
Silicone sheet with FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004 certification for food contact. Available in peroxide and platinum cure, solid and cellular.
Flame-Retardant Silicone Sheet EN 45545-2
Silicone sheet with EN 45545-2 railway certification. Low smoke emission and toxicity. Solid up to HL3, cellular up to HL2.
Metal-Detectable Silicone Sheet
Food-grade silicone sheet with ferrite particles detectable by metal inspection equipment on food production lines.
Ultra-Thin Silicone Sheet — Diaphragms and Membranes
Precision sheet from 0.2 to 1.5 mm for pump diaphragms, valve membranes and pressure regulators. Thickness tolerance ±0.05 mm.
Lámina de silicona esponjosa
Lámina de silicona celular de celdas cerradas. Sellado compresible con baja fuerza de cierre, aislamiento térmico y absorción de irregularidades.
When to choose Calendered (Roll) vs. Cast (Plate)?
Calendered Sheeting: For thin and medium thicknesses (0.3 - 10 mm). As a continuous process, it is the most economical option for large surface areas. Used for membranes, industrial curtains, and die-cutting.
Cast Plate: For medium and high thicknesses (0.5 - 30 mm) where perfect flatness is required. The technical option for silicone blocks, damping pads, or thick single units.
